Which types of properties can you list ?
Our company is focused on the apartments in the selected destinations which are not shared among more guests. You can even list the properties, such as flat, residence, pension, family house, cottage or hut.
Each apartment is described individually on our website as the unique property with its own pictures and description.
How does the booking process work?
Our reservation system work online. It means not on requests. The property owner has to keep availability online (manually or synchronized by iCal). A client can find only available apartments and can book them online. When the client choose the most appropriate apartment, we will send you an email. When you confirm the reservation, we will send it to the client.
How does a client pay?
A client pays during reservation process only reservation deposit (our commission) and the remaining part of the total price is paid on arrival to the apartment. Zbytek ceny (vaši část) vám klient uhradí při příjezdu. The commission amount is set during apartment owner`s registration process.
What is the cancelation policy?
If the client cancels the reservation 48 hours or less before entering the apartment accommodation, we will pay you our commission.
