The apartment itself was excellent in every way. However, we needed a contact person who we could contact IMMEDIATELY at any time. The power went out one evening and we were without heat, power, internet, hot water until noon the next day, because the person at the contact number we had didn't answer the phone. The man who helped us, Ivor, was in the building the whole time, but we didn't know it. He was very helpful, and very cooperative. If we could be assured of a reliable contact person, we would love to book with you again. When people arrive from abroad, they usually don't have a European cell phone, so it is extremely important that they be met at the door. Arrival times can be tricky, so this can be a real problem.
