Nice apartment in Prague Karlin

Krásny výhľad na Petrín a Pražský hrad, veľkou výhodou bola bezprostredná dostupnosť metra. Predovšetkým prvý večer nám bolo v apartmáne dosť zima, všetky radiátory boli zapnuté na maximum, ale boli úplne studené, len vo väčšej izbe polovica radiátora bola teplá a druhá polovica úplne studená, možno ich treba odvzdušniť, keďže sme boli na 10. poschodí. Vzhľadom na vonkajšiu nočnú teplotu 0 až -1 stupňov a na to, že sme boli na najvyššom poschodí s väčšími tepelnými stratami, sme nemali teplotný komfort pri večernom posedení a v noci. Až na uvedené sme inak boli veľmi spokojní.

Čisté prostředí, hned u stanice metra. Dopručujeme.

Die Wohnung ist im Sommer ohne Klimaanlage deutlich zu heiss.

Prijemny pobyt, prijemny ludia, mozem len odporucit, velmi rad sa vratim na toto miesto znovu

Veľmi sme boli spokojní-luxusné vybavenie apartmánu,cena bola dobrá,akurát nám chýbalo kúrenie v kúpeľni a že sme museli vyniesť smeti - ináč všetko vynikajúce.

Vynikajúca lokalita, blízko centra. Veľkou výhodou bolo že hneď pod budovou bol vtup do metra, zastavka MHD, supermarket, bankomat a reštaurácia. Boli sme mimo turistickej sezóny, ubytovanie bolo práve za polovicu čo bolo skvelé. Chceli by sme sa vrátiť opäť na pár dní aj v teplejších mesiacoch a bolo by super keby bolo ubytovanie zase za akciovú cenu :) keď to mám celkovo zhodnotiť tak len pozitívne!!! :)

Úplná spokojnosť...čisté, pekné, skvele situované! Takže áno, stálo to za tie peniaze :) ...určite odporúčam každému a my sami sa radi vrátime.

Terrace should have been open 24 hours

Byteček nádherný, čistý, vyuklízený. Postel pohodlná, výhled z 9.patra nádherný. Metro hned jak se výjde ze dveří. Akorát lokalita je to prostě panelák mezi panelákama...Ale vůbec to nevadí, za památkama se přece vyráží do centra...takže všechno super super super. Vřele doporučuji !

Supermarket behind the hotel, metro outside the hotel 5 minutes ride from the city centre. studio is well equipped. great design. Smoking area is provided. Free parking in front of the hotel.if I come again i will definitely come here. Mattress on the bed was too thin and not very comfortable to sleep

The location was wonderful. The apartment is close to both trams and metro, and there is a grocery store right beside the building. The view of Prague from our rooms was lovely. The apartment was very clean. The shower is very small and somewhat awkward to use. A dishwasher and oven would have been handy, as we were preparing all of our own meals.

The Golden Residence Expo was a clean, fun and beautiful room at a great price. It was about a 30 minute walk into the city from our room. I would recommend this time and time again. If you are heading to Prague, stay here!!

Staff were brilliant and so was the accommodation and its location. Would stay here again but not in the peak of summer as it was extremely hot. Lack of air conditioning as it was very hot

Really close to Metro and only minutes to the Old Town. Small supermarket for basics only and excellent kebah fast food store both opposite. Free car parking in the street or for 7.5 euro per day, nearby secure parking arranged through owner. Lift. Normal walk-in shower cubicle. Good selection of english speaking tv shows. No oven but portable oven was provided on request. We would recommend the unit only in periods of mild weather. No air conditioning but a fan was provided and a second offered if needed. During our stay the weather was warm but the unit was much hotter due to it facing the afternoon sun but by closing the curtains was able to slightly reduce heat gain (still quite hot at night). No seating area to watch tv - tv located in main bedroom.
