Welcome in the new villa ARCADIA with garden,which is situated in residential villas district Prague - Podolà (the best address) near from the City centre (3 stops with subway from Wenceslas Square) and near from the underground station "Pražského povstánÃ". Villa ARCADIA offer luxury apartment with 2 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom with 2 bathrooms+WC, balcony for 2 rooms,windows on the garden,safety one's own parking-free. We offer non-smokers rooms with breakfast 2 EUR, or 3 USD per person.From the roof beautiful view on the whole town Prague.
Ubytování hodnotit nemůžeme, protože nám byla zrušena online rezervace. I když bylo na webových stránkách uvedeno, že apartmán je ve vybraný termín volný, nebyla to pravda. Mezitím jsme ale už uhradili požadovanou zálohu, která nám do dnešního dne nebyla vrácena. Protože jsme jiný apartmán na daný termín už poté nesehnali, cestu do Prahy jsme museli zrušit.
Das Badezimmer bedarf einer grundsanierung. Ebenfalls konnte die Heizung nicht reguliert werden da die Ventile nicht vorhanden oder vergammelt waren.
Příjemné, vcelku tiché místo. Nádherný výhled z terasy a velmi příjemní majitelé. :)
Die Unterkunft liegt in einer angenehm ruhigen Gegend. In der Beschreibung stand allerdings nicht, dass das liebe ältere Pärchen unten im Haus wohnt. Auf den Fotos sieht man den Garten. Den man allerdings nicht mit nutzen kann. Ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer wäre toll gewesen. Ansonsten war es sehr angehm. Auf der Dachterasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick.
A lovely clean apartment with comfortable beds in a good location. It is like stepping back in time. It is actually part of the owners home. Whilst there is a fridge there are no other facilities to make a meal or have a drink. The owner is very sweet but did feel a bit awkward at times, be warned you need to remove your shoes and wear the slippers on offer. Good location and near a lovely Italian restaurant and metro.

The house owners were delightful. The accommodation very clean and sufficient for our use. Suggestions: The bathrooms require updating - just shower curtains would help - there are none. A kettle in each room and basic crockery - cup. plate, knife fork and spoon would suffice to provide autonomy to visitors. Your site should be very clear that the kitchenette belongs to the house owners not the rooms. It is not an apartment but room renting. The organisation of taxis was perfect. Thank you. Linda

The web site contents need updating significantly
The family Mracek received us very nicely. They were so kind and suppotive that we felt like in family. The conditions are very good: large rooms, 2 bathrooms, very clean everything was absolutley OK Location is gorgeous:10 min to the metro+10 min to the city center. The neibourhood is very quite and full of green. After a long day of wlking in the busy and noisy city center I apreciated very much the peace and coolness of our location. Silvia Constantin
